How to Confirm FFM Registration Completion

Agents can confirm completion of the FFM Certification on the CMS Agent Resource Page by clicking on the link Agent and Broker Federally-Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) Registration Completion List. Open the appropriate year that you are confirming completion and search for your NPN. If the FFM certification is completed, your NPN will appear with the date of completion listed beside it.
